We're an independent technology advisory and engineering firm working with Saudi Arabia's most ambitious organizations. As our Client Relations Manager, you are the first point of contact for every organization that reaches out, you triage incoming consultation requests, qualify them, hold the initial conversations to understand what each client actually needs, and route the right opportunities to the right people on our team. You make sure no serious inquiry slips through the cracks, and that our engineers spend their time where it matters most.
What you'll do
- Be the first response to inbound consultation requests, and own them end to end
- Filter and prioritize inquiries, separating serious, well-fit engagements from the rest
- Hold introductory meetings (virtual and in person) to understand each client's needs and context
- Brief and hand off qualified opportunities to the right members of our advisory and engineering team
- Keep clients informed and looked-after from first contact through hand-off
- Track and report on inbound demand so we can staff and plan accordingly
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in client-facing roles, consulting, account or engagement management, or professional services
- Excellent communication and relationship skills in both Arabic and English
- Strong judgment: you can quickly tell a serious opportunity from a poor fit
- Comfort talking with senior stakeholders, executives, government, and founders
- Organized and reliable; things don't fall through the cracks on your watch
- Genuine interest in technology, you needn't be an engineer, but you should speak about it credibly
Nice to have
- Experience in technology, digital transformation, or Vision 2030 programs
- An existing understanding of the Saudi public and enterprise landscape
